W.E. Heasley has 40 years of insurance industry experience. He graduated 1979 Cum Laude from West Virginia University, Morgantown, West Virginia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics Cum Laude with a Minor in General Insurance.

"Certificate in Personal Insurance Planning" received in May 1990 from the American College, Bryn Mawr, PA
